Adam Scott

Associate

Adam is a business litigator who represents clients in an array of commercial, intellectual property, and employment disputes. In addition to traditional courtroom litigation, Adam also helps clients navigate arbitration proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution processes.

Prior to joining Koning Zollar LLP, Adam attended Penn State Law, where he served as the Research Editor for the Penn State Law Review, as a community mediator, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable William I. Arbuckle, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and to the Honorable Allison H. Goddard, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California. Prior to entering the legal field, Adam also spent nearly a decade working as an in-house international mobility advisor at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
