A business litigator, Drew counsels technology companies in commercial and intellectual property litigation matters.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Drew worked as an engineer in New York and London developing software for government, corporate, and nonprofit organizations.

Drew has represented a varied portfolio of clients in all phases of commercial and intellectual property litigation, from pre-filing diligence through trial before numerous federal district and state courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

In intellectual property disputes, Drew represents both large and small companies across a wide range of varied technologies, including biotech, medical devices, telecommunications, integrated circuits, SaaS, gaming, management and security software, mobile payment, and consumer goods.

Drew also advises clients on patent licensing and commercial transaction matters. 

Drew was voted Super Lawyer and has a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of AV Preeminent reflecting the highest ethical standards and legal ability from 2015 through to the present. 

Drew served as a judicial intern to the Honorable William G. Bassler of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to co-founding Koning Zollar LLP, Drew was an attorney at Cooley LLP in San Diego and Ropes & Gray LLP in New York and Silicon Valley.
