Erik Dykema

Special Counsel

Erik Dykema’s primary practice focuses on patent litigation and trademark matters. His experience spans a variety of technologies including computer operating systems, software engineering, network and data communication, electronics and microcontrollers. He has represented clients in a wide array of matters, including patent and trademark litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, company formation, confidentiality agreements, and commercial agreements.

Before working with Koning Zollar LLP, Erik was an attorney at King & Spalding, a leading international law firm. Erik is also an adjunct professor at New York University teaching media law.
