A business litigator, Blake helps individuals and companies of all sizes resolve their commercial disputes, with a particular focus on complex commercial, employment, and shareholder litigation. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract claims, securities fraud actions, trade secret disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, government investigations, enforcement actions, shareholder derivative suits, and wage and hour class actions. 

He has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, retail, hardware, software, and clean energy industries.  He regularly counsels companies regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, personnel decisions, employee raiding, protection of trade secrets, leave accommodations, and employee allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. 

Blake represents clients in court, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other administrative agencies.

Prior to co-founding Koning Zollar LLP, Blake was an attorney at Cooley LLP, a leading international law firm.
